Cost of Coverage is $330.00 for Martial Arts Group Members, for up to 200 participants, and $0.50 each additional participant. MMA events are NOT covered under this policy. Please contact us to receive a quote for MMA events. You must remit an additional $25.00 for every additional Insured entity, submitted with the tournament application.
